Pooja has over 23 years of global corporate work experience in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, spanning numerous industries such as banking, trading, and manufacturing. Over the course of her illustrious professional trajectory, she has garnered a multitude of accolades and honours.  

Her academic credentials include education from reputable institutions such as London Business School (UK), Heriot-Watt University, and FOMS (India). After penning several articles for academic journals, white papers, and research publications, she embarked upon the noble pursuit of authorship, culminating in the publication of her highly regarded and lauded literary work, “The Essential Management Handbook,” which garnered both critical acclaim and prestigious accolades.  

As the CEO of a specialty consulting firm (www.vedarth.world), she adeptly oversees the multifaceted domains of Ethics, Governance, and Startup, both in their philosophical essence and practical implementation. She serves as a visiting faculty member at prominent business schools and facilitates strategic mentoring sessions for emerging leaders. She is widely acknowledged as the preeminent figure in the field of management, earning her the esteemed title of ‘Management Guru’.  

Her Motivation and Vision as an Author

Being an avid reader of business management books, she prides her personal collection of books. Across her career, she realized that availability of time was a hinderance to her thirst for knowledge, a dilemma shared by most professionals.

Pooja decided to contribute to the community by addressing this challenge. She adopted a new writing technique for management book writing wherein intricate management concepts and case studies could be would be represented in a diagrammatic form and embedded in an interesting story line.

About her literary works:

She embarked on the road of an author after contributing to various journals, white papers, and research papers, and has given the professional world a worldwide acclaimed book, “The Essential Management Handbook.”

This management book covers 340 management concepts and 80 case studies represented in a diagrammatic form and embedded in an interesting story line. To add spice to the story, 180 management idioms are used.

Post the global success of the first book, she has embarked on the journey to release the second book, “Business Management Comic Series-1”. The new book takes the Author’s philosophy to the next level by explaining over 500 (diagrammatic) management concepts through Comic book representation style.

The comic book (caricature) representations and story line convey the journey of a budding professional who is taking his entrepreneurial leap and gets mentored on critical management concepts which are diagrammatically represented.

The new book is intended to be a visually delightful experience and conveys the applicable complexity of management concepts in a ‘fun’ manner.

Successful acceptance of the first book

A growing publishing house, Invincible Publishers (July 2021) was instrumental for the global launch of the book. The Publisher mentored the Author well and launched the in Black and White version of the book on various online platforms and other offline channels.

Over 5,000 copies have been sold till September 2023 globally.
